I’ve reached the half way point in my thirty days of yoga. I’ve subscribed to a YouTube channel (free!) and the instructor encourages sharing, so take a look at the end of this post. Best to take medical advice if you’re in any doubt before giving it a try. Obviously there are loads of videos available; dip in, look around and choose the one that suits you best. High-impact weight-bearing and strengthening models, are perfect for me.
I’ve managed to regulate my breathing so that I can actually inhale/exhale when I’m supposed to. Granted, I’m not always on the correct leg but I’m working on that whole complicated left/right thingy. Muscles are still quite tender at times.
I’m up to Day-15 and appreciating my lovely new mat but as you can see, this week I’m having to share it!
Grandsons number 1, 4 and 5 decided to try out a few moves. It might prove beneficial for Grandson 1 because his asthma limits his exercise tolerance so strengthening his core without causing him to wheeze is ideal.
I’m delighted that people from different parts of the globe are following my progress, so a huge thank you for dropping in today; we all really appreciate it.

Last rumination of the day: it really doesn’t matter if you can’t replicate the exact positions and you don’t look like the super fit lady in the video below. It’s about being the best you can be.
