My New Baby …

or, bringing my second book into the world …

… after a nervous nine months when we went from submission to publication, ‘Evil Echoes’ will be delivered on Monday 31 October.

At times I thought I had created a monster as Lizzie Tester took over my life.  If I heard of an event in Victorian times, I worked out how old she would have been in that year, if I woke at four-thirty in the morning, I thought of Lizzie getting up to start her day, completely forgetting she existed only in my head.

It hasn’t been the easiest of gestations; a few issues with the cover design took a while to resolve and Amazon has a ‘global glitch’ which means the Kindle version and paperback don’t link but both can be accessed via my Amazon profile. It’s also available via Kindle Store and Smashwords.

I am probably more nervous this time and I await the first review with excitement and a small amount of terror.

So if you would like to find out what happens to Lizzie Tester, who is an ancestor of Lizzie from ‘Long Shadows’ the wait will be over tomorrow, so fire up those Kindles!
