The Hit Christmas Gift

So it’s been and gone for another year.  We’ve all poked and prodded the presents on Christmas Eve and then unwrapped them the following morning.  We then feigned surprise at the bathing products with gasps of delight when the familiar lotions and potions fell into our laps, after we finally got the packaging off.

My virtual friend Terry (@terrytyler4) had a multitude of these this year.  I’ve bath thing 2[1]shamelessly pinched her picture and hope she’ll forgive me.  Just wish to say I didn’t get any this time and now need to go to the cheap shop to buy one as mine is looking decidedly manky.  Incidentally, what are they called; an exfoliating appliance maybe?

My surprise present this year was an innovative one, or so I thouIMG_20151226_140828107.jpgght.  My youngest child and his lovely girlfriend bought me an adult colouring book!  No more do I have to yank my six year old grandson away from his computer game and insist he would like to get his book to do colouring with nana.  Now I have my own.

Boastfully, I plastered my first completed picture all over Facebook, only to find that the whole world seems to have been given one as well!

So my vote for the unexpected hit gift this Christmas goes to the humble adult colouring book!
